1. How can I book my stay at Hotel Ponta Delgada?

Please click on the button “Book” to make your on-line reservation, confirmed in real time.

2. What are Check-in and Check-out times?

Check-in starts at 3pm and Check-out is until 11am.

3. Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

You can cancel or modify your reservation writing to: reservas@hotelpdl.com. Your cancelation policies will be according to the rate chosen when booking. 

If you haven't booked through our website, any change or cancelation is done directly with the agency or platform you chose.

4. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover / Diners Club International and China Union Pay credit cards.

5. Is Hotel Ponta Delgada suitable for children?

Yes, some room types accommodate an extra bed for children up to 11 years old.

We also have appropriate size chairs for dinning and cribs, on request.

6. How does Breakfast work?

We have free buffet breakfast every morning for our guests. If you choose, we take breakfast to your room (fees apply).

7. Do you serve meals?

Yes. Every day we have buffet breakfast, quick meals and snacks at the bar, and delicious meals at Restaurante O Baco.

8. What can I find at the Hotel’s neighborhood?

You can find Coliseu Micalelense, Campo de São Francisco, Senhor Santo Cristo dos Milagres Church, Forte de São Brás and Avenida do Mar. Next to the shore there are bars, cafes, restaurants, sea activities and natural swimming pools.

9. How is the weather in São Miguel Island?

The weather is usually humid with mild temperatures. The hottest months are, usually, July and August and the coldest are January and February. We recommend our guests to bring a rain jacket and a swimming suit on whatever season they are traveling.

10. Do you have smoking rooms?

Hotel Ponta Delgada is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is allowed only at the exterior.

11. Are pets allowed?

No. Only guide animals are allowed.

12. Do you have any rooms for reduced mobility guests?
